We understand that to deliver continued success, we must continue to develop and listen to our people. We undertake a comprehensive review of staff requirements on a regular basis, and are continually assessing and updating requirements to align with company strategies targets and commitments.
In addition to this, we carry out review of staff performance, and continue to instigate and assess training needs for individuals and groups to enhance both personal and business performance. We believe continued improvement of our staff base is fundamental to continued success of the business.
We have in the last 12 months been audited to the upgraded IIP accreditation, and achieved a comprehensively positive assessment. Further to this, we continue to enhance the working environment our people operate in. This includes on a case by case basis, providing for limited local offices to suit more individual’s circumstances. A strong driver for the decision to re-locate our head office facility, was in recognition of the need to provide first class facilities if we are to continue to lead within the sector which we work.
