Overview Expand

Designed by Foster + Partners, Principal Place comprises a 600,000 square foot office building, 20,000 square foot of retail space and a 50-storey luxury residential apartment block.

Lindner Prater’s remit on the project included delivery of the complete roofing package to the commercial development and incorporated both brown and green roofing in order for the building to achieve BREEAM certification.

Due to the small building footprint, combined with a number of other trades on site, extra attention was taken to ensure the careful planning of deliveries whilst work was sequenced with fellow contractors – easing congestion and reducing the potential for accidents.

Lindner Prater’s full scope of works included a hot melt package by Radmat, CGL rainscreen cladding, Bailey’s rainscreen and horizontal Brise Soleil sun shading system, Kingspan Composite and SIPS panels, Chinese granite paving, composite Millboard decking, steelwork, louvres and metal doors.

Principal Place also saw two other Lindner Group companies involved on the project with Lindner Interiors responsible for the design manufacture and installation of suspended ceilings to Principal Place, and Lindner Facades installing the façade to Principal Tower.
