The Quadrant, a Grade II listed former Regent Palace Hotel in Piccadilly, has been converted to provide a mixed use development that consists of new restaurants, bars, retail and office space and residential. Some of the existing shops are being replaced and larger units and the facades to these buildings as being retained with the interiors being re-built.

Sir Robert McAlpine appointed Lindner Prater to deliver building roofing solutions on this prestigious and historic restoration. 

Our scope of works included the installation of a green roof, together with an inverted roofing system and cladding to plant rooms. In addition to these works, our in-house team designed bespoke stainless steel flue screens. Additional works included louvres, doors, basement waterproofing and loading bay flooring.
