Overview Expand

Old Oak is an innovative development undertaken by property developer The Collective in the Ealing area of London. The project involves the redevelopment of a once derelict site on the banks of a canal and a disused 1970s office building to create new student accommodation and mixed-use facilities.

Lindner Prater was appointed to deliver the total envelope package for the project, which integrates 323 units of high quality student accommodation with office space, retail units and flexible community spaces.

Our scope of works included the delivery of apartment façade pods created from Schuco aluminium windows, Linit and ACM cladding, curtain wall, soffits, louvres and full height Linit elevations. Our collaborative working ethos enabled us to deliver a coordinated project that fully met the client’s expectations.
