Stadia and sports facilities are often iconic structures that have to do far more than simply provide the best possible viewing facilities – they are an architectural statement of intent, a physical representation of a club, a city or even an entire country.
For the majority of these projects, the key driver is programme and our efficient design and procurement teams, supported by our operational team, ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget as set out in the original project brief. Our ability to design and develop a project using 3D and 4D Modelling before any on-site work commences is key to this.
We also make extensive use of off-site and modular construction methods, significantly reducing the on-site installation duration and disruption to sites, meaning that preceding and following trades have reduced complications.
