- Create, develop and manage high level relationships with key individuals in existing and new clients.
- Confidently and professionally present the business to our clients and the market.
- Entertain clients in social environments.
- Identify and track projects fitting the business strategy and capabilities, to create tendering opportunities.
- Attend the estimating resource meetings to provide input into which projects we commit to tendering and assist in allocating suitable estimating resource accordingly.
- Define the bid strategy in consultation with other account holders and bid team, engaging the supply chain as required.
- Plan operational, design, commercial and planning engagement to suit the bid strategy for each project.
- Review the developing risk register to ensure that the team are reacting to the defined issues in a timely manner so as to ensure that the clients’ requirements are being met.
