Job Description Expand

  • Be responsible for our HR administration activities (starters, leavers, transfers) within agreed service levels.
  • Update employee records efficiently and accurately and ensure compliance with all confidentiality requirements.
  • Coordinate all system entry and data capture requirements.
  • Responsible for the system data accuracy.
  • To liaise with other company teams (Finance / IT) to ensure effective HR system management.
  • To produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for the HR team and the three group businesses.
  • Provide support to the Payroll Advisor (both back up at busy times and processing in the absence of).
  • Provide support to the HR team for annual activities (salary benchmark and review, performance development review as well as business projects).
  • Monitor HR practices and system process to ensure GDPR compliance.
  • To act as a primary point of contact for the HR team, dealing with queries and resolving issues for our employee populations.
  • Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as required by the business.
